Sports electrostimulation (EMS) consists of the application of deep electrical microstimulation very similar to the impulses emitted by the central nervous system to control muscle actions and thus cause muscle contractions.
It can be used by both men and women as a workout stimulant, toner, improve muscle laxity, strength, and endurance, and promote fat burning. It even works as a massage therapy to relax and loosen muscles.
It is designed to ergonomically adapt to the abdominal area and extremities.
The conductive gel of its electrodes facilitates perfect adhesion to the skin and ensures that microstimulation is produced correctly and professionally.
Its 6 exercise modes along with different intensity levels allow for a workout adapted to every need, from beginners to the most experienced athletes, with sessions lasting just 12 minutes once or twice a day.

How to use:
- Always wash the area of your body where you want to use the EMS patches.
- Attach each patch to a control knob using the link buttons.
- Remove the protective plastic from the adhesive gel pads (electrodes) and place them on the skin where you want them to perform the action (abdomen, legs, arms or shoulders).
IMPORTANT: Never place the electrodes with the device turned on to avoid possible damage. Always do this with the device turned off.
This device works with 6 modes (from A to F) each of which works with a combination of different pulse rates and stops and each of the 6 modes can work with low intensity or high intensity.
Turn on: Press the "ON/INC" button once. By default, it will start with mode A indicated by the light in position 1.
To select another working mode (B, C, D, E or F) press the "PROGRAM" button until the indicator lights corresponding to the desired mode light up.
To start, press the "ON/INC" button again. By default, low-intensity discharges will be initiated. Press the "PROGRAM" button again to increase the intensity. To decrease the intensity, press the "OFF/DEC" button.
The working time per session is 12 minutes.
To turn off the device, press the "OFF/DEC" button. If you want to turn it off, press it a second time or hold it for a long time. When there is no light on, the device is off.
When finished using, replace the protective plastic pads to extend their life.
NOTE: If you need to reposition the pad, do not do so while the pad is plugged in. This may shorten the lifespan of the device. Do not touch or handle the pads while they are plugged in. This may shorten the lifespan of the device.
The recommended use is 12-minute sessions 2 or 3 times a day. Longer use may cause muscle fatigue or even overuse.
Avoid use within 30 minutes of eating.
If the control buttons get dirty, you can clean them with a slightly damp cloth. Before using again, make sure the control pad is completely dry.
Dirty adhesive gel pads can cause device malfunctions. Make sure they're clean before use. To clean them, use a damp towel to restore the adhesive, but be careful, as excessive moisture can damage the pads.
Adhesive gel pads (electrodes) must be replaced with the same type and model.
