Tattoo Removal Equipment

The Q-Switched Nd.YAG laser is designed to be highly effective in tattoo removal. This type of laser uses high-intensity energy discharged in the form of extremely short pulses of light, which pass through the skin and "break" the tattoo pigment particles. These particles are then removed by the body through white blood cells and the lymphatic system. Q-Switched laser treatments break down the pigments into very small particles, which are removed more quickly. For best results, multiple treatments are required, spaced at least one month apart.
