Products sold by Ecoiris.pt after 01/01/2022, to Consumers, are covered by a guarantee of conformity for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of delivery of the good, new or refurbished, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, which establishes the Legal Framework for consumer rights in the purchase and sale of digital goods, content and services.

Please note that refurbished goods are those that have been previously used or returned and that, after inspection, preparation, verification and testing by a professional, are once again placed on the market for sale in that capacity.

In the case of sale of used products to Consumers, the guarantee of conformity is 18 months after delivery of the goods, unless a longer period is stipulated by Ecoiris.com.br.

If the goods are sold to legal entities or individuals for commercial use, and are therefore not considered consumers, the warranty period is 6 (six) months, unless otherwise indicated (§ 2, article 921, of the Civil Code).

Communication of the lack of conformity (defect, damage or other) must be made by letter, email or any other means capable of being proven in general terms, indicating the order number and the description of the malfunction.

All products will be properly analyzed by the manufacturer and/or official service center of the brand/manufacturer, to verify if the malfunction is covered by the warranty.

If the malfunction is not covered by the warranty or no damage/anomaly is found, the cost of returning the item to the User will be borne by the User, with administrative costs amounting to €9.00 (nine euros) being applied.

9. Termination of Contract

The Consumer may exercise his right to freely terminate the contract, without needing to indicate the reason, within 14 days from:

the) From the day on which the Consumer or third party, with the exception of the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts; or

b) From the day on which the Consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered by the Consumer in a single order and delivered separately.

The Consumer may exercise his right to free resolution if he communicates it at the premises of Eco Iris Lda., through the free resolution form or by expressly and unequivocally declaring his intention, via the email address geral@ecoiris.pt, before the 14-day period has elapsed.

After this communication has been made and instructions for return have been given to the Consumer, the products may be delivered to the facilities of Eco Iris Lda. or returned, properly packaged, by post, with the return costs being borne by the Consumer, except in cases where, due to the nature or size of the product, it cannot be returned by post.

Please note that no articles should be sent to Eco Iris Lda. without prior contact and acceptance, otherwise they will not be received.

If the Consumer has received a product as a gift, he must return not only the product, but also the gift that was given to him with his purchase.

The Consumer must preserve the goods in order to return them in proper conditions of use.

All products must be returned without signs of use or external damage, in good condition, in their original packaging and/or label, accompanied by their instruction manuals and all accessories. All products must also be accompanied by their respective invoice.

Eco iris Ltda. reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.
