HOW CAN I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?
To view your order history, simply access your account via the "My Account" icon in the top right corner. Enter your email address, then your password, and click "Sign In."
Now that you've logged into your account, you can view all the orders you've placed with us, access your personal data, and, if necessary, change your delivery or billing address information.
Here you can see all the purchases you made with Eco Iris Unipessoal Lda.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When we have multiple online accounts, it's common to forget the password we use for each of them. To recover your password, go to log in (the icon in the upper right corner), click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address, and click "submit." You'll receive an email with a link and instructions for updating your password.
Your invoice is always sent with the material. If you find that it hasn't been sent and need help accessing the invoice, please contact us at ecoiris.info@gmail.com.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
First, we'd like you to share with us something you disliked about our communications, products, or even campaigns. This way, we can improve the products and services we provide.

Remember that your account is free and with it you can quickly purchase Eco Iris products, without having to enter your details every time you place an order.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN THE STORE?
To create an account in our store, simply click on the Account icon in the top right corner of the website and fill in the requested information.
When you create an account, your data will be automatically saved for future purchases. If you're a professional, you'll have access to exclusive pricing for professional clients. In your account, you can also manage your orders and add or remove addresses so I can deliver your orders wherever is most convenient for you!
MY ORDERS
MY ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you still haven't received your order after 3 business days of making payment, please contact us at ecoiris.info@gmail.com and we will be happy to confirm where your order is located.
Once your products are shipped, you'll receive an email with the carrier's tracking number. You'll be able to track your package and know exactly where it is at any given time. You'll also receive notifications from the carrier and can make changes to the address or delivery date.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY OR BILLING ADDRESS OF AN ORDER?
If the product has not yet been sent by us, please contact us by email at ecoiris.info@gmail.com so we can make the change internally.
If you realize you need to change the delivery address while your order is already on the way, you can make the change directly with the carrier. Simply access the link sent with the tracking number and enter the new delivery address, or alternatively, ask the delivery person to deliver the order to a pickup location closest to you.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE A PRODUCT TO BUY LATER?
Reservations cannot be made on the website.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO?
If you haven't received the order and payment confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, try contacting your bank and confirming that the payment has been released from your account. If so, contact us and send us proof of payment. We'll do our best to get your order to you!
THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR IS OUT OF STOCK. CAN I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN IT'S AVAILABLE AGAIN?
If the product you're looking for is no longer available online, it's most likely out of stock. However, we frequently replenish stock, so it should be available soon.
WHAT IS THE LAW OF FREE RESOLUTION?
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, 2014, the Right to Free Withdrawal, you have fourteen days to cancel your order without penalty. Eco Iris Lda allows you to make a return up to 30 days after receiving your order, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
If the order is already packed or on its way to your address, we won't be able to process your cancellation request. You can receive your order and request a return.
The Eco Iris Lda online store was developed so that you can quickly and easily find and purchase the products you are looking for.
To purchase simply:
Browse the online store or search for the product you are looking for in the bar at the top right;
Add the product or multiple products to your cart. You can also purchase products in packs for a single shipping charge and a reduced carbon footprint.
Then enter the shopping cart;
Log in or register — if you are already logged in, you will be redirected to the purchase page;
If you prefer, you can make a purchase without registering. We'd love for you to become our customer, but we know you may not be ready for that yet. Therefore, we're happy for you to make a purchase, even if you don't register.
Enter your address and choose the shipping method;
Select the payment method that is most convenient for you;
Confirm and complete the purchase.
You'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that the products are reserved for you. Once we ship, you'll receive another email with detailed information, including the carrier's tracking code.
Then, just wait for your order to arrive!
HOW CAN I RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM YOU BY EMAIL?
To receive our newsletters, simply enter your email address in the field provided for this purpose at the bottom of the home page.
By registering in the online store and authorizing email communication, you will also receive our newsletters, campaigns, and promotions.
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED?
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you registered with or associated with your order (if you made a purchase without registering).
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a new email with the carrier's tracking code. This code allows you to track the shipment and receipt of your order, from our warehouse to the delivery address you provided.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE?
When we send your order, the invoice will be sent along with it. You can always access your invoices via email at ecoiris.info@gmail.com and we will send the invoice to your email.
SHIPPING
If you make a purchase before 12 p.m., we'll ship it the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. will ship the next business day.
Deliveries and collections in Portugal are handled by GLS. In European Union countries, they are handled by DHL Express (air freight) and DPD (ground freight).
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days. Someone must be present at the address provided to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so delivery will be made without prior contact from the carrier.
PAYMENT METHODS
HOW DO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WORK?
To pay by credit card, simply select the item you wish to purchase, complete your delivery and billing address information, and proceed to checkout by selecting the credit card payment method. A window will then open for you to enter your card details. The Eco Iris Lda online store will not save your credit card details. We will only receive payment confirmation from your bank.
To pay with PayPal, simply select the item you wish to purchase, complete your delivery and billing address information, and proceed to checkout by selecting the PayPal payment method. A window will then open for you to enter your PayPal account details. Eco Iris Lda will never have access to your private information. We only receive payment confirmation from your PayPal account in the online store system.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WITH MULTIBANCO REFERENCE WORK?
If you are in Portugal, you can choose to pay for your order through Multibanco Entity and Reference.
When you select this method, you have up to 2 days (48 hours) to complete your payment. Your order will be shipped as soon as you place it. Payment notification is automatic, so don't worry; there's no need to send proof of payment.
IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM ECO IRIS?
Yes, the Eco Iris Ltda. website is committed to protecting your personal data by encrypting data transmission over secure HTTP.
On the other hand, we don't store your credit card or PayPal account information. Therefore, we only have access to information provided by the payment method you used, whether or not the payment was confirmed.
IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?
All orders are placed in Euro (€), and payment is processed in this currency.
Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your Bank/PayPal and not by Eco Iris.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM ECO IRIS?
You have 14 days to exchange or return a product. However, the product must be in perfect condition: unused and in its original, undamaged box.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, we perform quality control and refund your money using the same payment method you used, unless you prefer a voucher.
