Cold Effect
1. Place the compress in the freezer for at least one hour.
2. Remove from the freezer and wrap in a dry towel, apply to the desired area.
3. After use, return to the freezer.
Heat Effect
1. Place the compress submerged in a container of boiled water for 8-10 minutes.
2. Remove the compress and apply it wrapped in a towel.
3. After use, let it cool and place it in the freezer.
If using a microwave:
1. Place the compress submerged in a container of water in the microwave.
2. Turn on the microwave at maximum (600W) for 3 minutes.
3. If you need it hotter, do it in a 30 second period.
4. Always keep the compress submerged.
5. Apply the compress to the desired area, wrapped in a towel.
6. After use, let it cool and place it in the freezer.
Precautions
- Monitor the compress while heating in the microwave. If it begins to expand, turn off the microwave immediately.
